Development Process
Your product with our technology.
Our R&D Team of 4 highly experienced engineers are responsible for the adaptation of your design into a format which is compatible to our processes. Thereby you will have an assigned project leader following you and your project through the process from the first draft ideas to the finished product.
1. Design
Our R&D engineers are working with the latest CAD-systems. Following a technical meeting, they develop or check, adapt and improve your layout according to the design rules and compile it into the needed production format. You can use our design rules as a guideline.
2. Feasibility Study
During this process the main aim is either to improve an existing product or to create a new product. Our R&D department will support you in this ‘exploratory’ mode and scan with you all potential solutions in order to find the right one.
3. Prototyping
Based on clear technical information either provided directly by the customer or resulting from a feasibility study, the prototyping process is started. The target is to obtain prototype products which the customer can test and evaluate with the final purpose of releasing its acceptance for a standard production phase.
4. Preproduction Sample
The aim is to manufacture the released prototype under real production conditions. Afterwards the production process and creation of production documents can be defined.
