Regional Sales Manager (m/f)
with the potential to succeed the current Head of Sales & Marketing, who will retire by mid-2024.

Responsible area | Your main tasks will be the conception and active realization of sales activities to address specific market segments. Your ability to understand the specific needs, of the prospective customer allows you to support the process of turning difficult tasks into a state-of-the-art solution. You systematically acquire new customers and take care of the existing customers as well. You recognize the need of the clients, develop corresponding solutions, and take the responsibility to the successfully conclusion of the contract in close cooperation with our R&D-team. You will be responsible for the bid proposal management in consideration with the cost-, deadline- and quality guidelines. The area of responsibility also includes the participation at fairs and exhibitions. Our modern ERP-System will help you keeping track on your leads.
