Burn-In and Test

Eventually the finished product has to be labelled and tested in conformity with the customer’s specifications. Flying-prober and C-tester in combination with optical inspection permit to deliver circuits that are electrically tested.
In order to prevent early failures, we are able to carry out thorough screening by MIL-standard (STD 883), e.g. burn-in, temperature shock, and acceleration tests.
