Our R&D team of experienced engineers adapts your design to our processes and provides you with a dedicated project manager who will assist you from the initial draft to mass production.
1. Design
Our engineers work with state-of-the-art CAD systems and master the full range of current design tools. After a technical briefing, your layout will be carefully analysed and optimised according to our design rules. Subsequently, the design will be prepared in the required production format and presented to you for approval. Only after your approval do we proceed to the next step.
2. Feasibility Study
The aim of this phase is to evaluate all potential solutions together with you and to find the optimal solution. Our R&D team will assess whether and how your product can be implemented with our processes. At the end of the feasibility study, you will receive a detailed report with the possible solutions and our recommendations. This will create a solid foundation for the subsequent steps of development.
3. Prototyping
Based on clear technical specifications that originate either directly from you or arise from the feasibility study, we initiate the prototyping process. Our goal is to produce a prototype that is as close as possible to the later series product. This allows you to carry out all necessary tests and specifically assess the product before approval for serial production is granted.
4. Pre-series
The released prototype is being produced for the first time under real production conditions. This allows for the validation of the production process and the making of any necessary adjustments. Subsequently, all necessary production documents will be finalized. With the pre-series, your product is ready for mass production.
