On request, we issue quality certificates and document conformity with your individual specifications. To reliably prevent early failures, we also carry out comprehensive screening tests, including burn-in tests, temperature shock tests and acceleration tests in accordance with MIL standard STD 883.

In addition, we carry out functional and quality tests using test systems provided by the customer, to ensure complete validation in line with your specific requirements.
