Tasks

General Tasks

  • Procurement of consumables and spare parts as well as the necessary media for maintaining the infrastructure, in consultation with the supervisor.

  • Assisting with the evaluation and procurement of new capital investments

Workshop

  • Operation and maintenance of an electromechanical workshop for the creation, repair and modification of equipment such as product-specific tools, fixtures and smaller devices

  • Electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis

  • Creating, maintaining and monitoring the annual maintenance plan

  • Team leadership of up to 2 employees

Infrastructure & On-Call Duty

  • Operation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on infrastructure facilities such as
    DI water treatment
    Air conditioning systems

    Neutralisation system

    Compressed air compressors

    Vacuum systems

    N2 supply

    Alarm systems (technical alarm / fire)

  • On-call duty on a rotational basis with other staff

  • Monitoring and documentation of production-related parameters such as temperature, humidity, cleanroom quality and ESD safety

Production Facilities

  • Operation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on systems for electronics production in the cleanroom

  • Carrying out recurring inspections on machines

  • Carrying out repairs and modifications to the production facilities in accordance with the maintenance plan

  • Spare parts procurement

  • Commissioning and supervising external companies

Qualifications

  • Sound knowledge of mechatronics, automation, electrical engineering, or similar

  • Knowledge of vacuum, air conditioning, and building technology is an advantage

  • 2+ years of professional experience in maintenance & independent fault diagnosis

  • Structured problem-solving & teamwork skills

  • Flexibility, willingness to be on-call (Pikettdienst)

  • Motivation to develop yourself and learn new things
