Tasks
General duties
Procurement of consumables and spare parts in consultation with the line manager
Assisting with the evaluation and procurement of new investments
Workshop
Operation and maintenance of an electromechanical workshop
Manufacture, repair and modification of tools, fixtures and smaller devices
Infrastructure & on-call duty
Operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of DI water treatment, air conditioning systems, compressors, vacuum systems, N2 supply and alarm systems
On-call duty on a rota with 2 other people
Monitoring of temperature, humidity, cleanroom quality and ESD safety
Production facilities
Operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment in the cleanroom
Carry out inspections, repairs and modifications
Procurement of spare parts and support for external companies
Qualifications
Technical training in mechatronics, automation, electrical engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of vacuum, climate and building services technology advantageous
At least 2 years of professional experience in maintenance
Structured problem-solving and ability to work in a team
Willingness to participate in on-call duty
